Our 3-Phase Approach We use a 3-phase Discovery/Development/Delivery solution to create your training program: RAND 3D GOALS CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION TEAM GOALS END-USER GOALS DISCOVERY PHASE 1 • Determine client's roles, process/ workflow, and CAD integration considerations • Review existing training and documentation initiatives • Deliver report of findings, recommendations and Statement of Work • Explain scope and goals • Define roles • Present process • Provide use-cases • Stay productive DEVELOPMENT PHASE 2 • Prepare project plan with milestones and deliverables • Configure courseware and learning aid solutions accepted from previous phase • Incorporate feedback from Pilot class • Submit final deliverables to client • Participate in regular review/status meetings with Rand 3D • Prepare the training environment • Prepare users and locations for training • Small group to participate in pilot training program for validation • User acceptance testing DELIVERY PHASE 3 • Deliver training classes (on-site or online) • Provide access to online learning via ProductivityNOW • Collect and share students' feedback • Coordinate training/ learning schedule for end-users • Have production environment ready • Participate in assigned training and learning events • Apply acquired knowledge and skills immediately
