Candidate FAQ 06/09/2020 How do I know if you received my application? When you apply for a role through our postings on Smart Recruiter, you will receive an autoreply upon submission of your application. If you do not receive this autoreply, please check your spam. If you still don't see it, email careers@rand.com, and we can verify that we have your application in our system. What do I do if I am having problems applying online or have a question about a job posting? Please send a message to careers@rand.com. You can expect to hear from us within 2 business days. How will I know if I have been selected to move forward with the process? If you have been selected to move forward with the interview process, someone from our team will reach out to you via email to schedule the next steps. If you have not been selected, you will receive an email from us letting you know we have reviewed your resume and will keep it on file for future positions. If I am chosen to have an interview with the company, how will I know when I am no longer considered a candidate for the position? A member of our recruiting team will reach out via email or phone call to notify you if you are no longer being considered for the job for which you interviewed. Sometimes it takes a while to complete the interview process, so please keep that in mind if you have not heard from us. Do you have internships or co-op roles available? We do not have internship or co-op roles currently. What do I do if I am interested in working for your company but do not see any positions on your career site that match my qualifications? We do not accept general applications for employment currently. Please visit our career site to watch for positions that match your skills and background. How long will you keep my application on file? We adhere to the federal guidelines and keep all employment applications for one year. If I have received a rejection notification, how do I ensure I am being considered for other current or future openings? We regularly review applicants in our applicant tracking system as openings occur. To ensure continued consideration, visit our career site and apply for any jobs that interest you.
