5. You will have a ten minute window to test your connection and practice with your Webex options – such as sending
a chat, etc.
6. If you do not have the Webex desktop app – it is preferred to download and install the app by clicking Download it now.
7. Run the installation file and follow the instructions to install the app.
8. If you are not able to download and install the desktop application – you can join the meeting by using your internet
browser by selecting "Join from your browser."
9. You will be given the option to utilize your computer speakers/microphone (or headset) for the audio OR you can
choose to 'dial-in' via a standard telephone.
