New is blue, Modified is yellow, Excluded is orange, and

Export
Exporting will allow a file to be stored outside of the
3DEXPERIENCE platform vault in order to be shared with users
of other systems.
To export a file:
1. Click (Share) > Export, and the Export dialog box opens
as shown in Figure 1–24.
