A variety of geometrical tolerance types and conditions can be created in both semantic and non-semantic formats. A position tolerance has been added to the diameter dimension, as shown in Figure 1–13. Figure 1–13 Basic dimensions are indicated by a frame or box around the dimension value. Since a basic dimension specifies a theoretically exact value, it must be associated with a datum reference frame to be created.
