Sheet metal features consist of Stamps, Corners, Chamfers, Cutouts, and Holes. Figure 1–10 continues the example from the previous steps. Surface Stamps, Cutouts, Corners, and Chamfers have been added to the model. Figure 1–10 Once the sheet metal model is completed, drawings and DXF files can be created to output the file for manufacture. Unfolded views can be created in a drawing to display the unfolded model, as shown in Figure 1–11. Figure 1–11 Step 4 - Create the sheet metal features (cutout, stamp, etc.).
