Task 12 - Open the assembly model
Flange_Lock.CATProduct.
1. Click (Open) in the toolbar to open the assembly.
2. Select Flange_Lock.CATProduct in the File Selection dialog
box.
3. Click Open. The assembly opens as shown in Figure 1–43.
The assembly contains Flange_Lock.CATPart as one of its
components.
You might have to
collapse the constraints
entry in the specification
tree by selecting the -
symbol.

4. Select Window>Flange_Lock.CATPart to activate the part
model.
5. In the specification tree, double-click on .
6. In the Hole Definition dialog box, change the Diameter to 25.0
(0.984 in) and click OK.
7. Select Window>Flange_Lock.CATProduct to activate the
assembly model. The change in the diameter of Hole.1 has
updated in the assembly model, as shown in Figure 1–44.
