Display Window Options in 3DEXPERIENCE 2022x

April 7, 2022 Mark Potrzebowski

As an instructor and author of CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE learning materials, I'm pleased to share some helpful tips that will benefit those using the software. In this short video, I discuss the display window options that are available within CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE 2022x.  Specifically,  the Action Pad, App Options and Object Properties windows. These windows can be very helpful at giving you quick access to commonly used commands within CATIA, however, the customizations a user performs to them (either intentionally or unintentionally), can cause frustration when they can’t figure out what has happened.

Topics covered in my demo include:

  • Action Pad, App Options, Object Properties
    1. What they are for
    2. How to turn them on
    3. Where they can be found and/or customized
